Our Green House is decorated with furniture and art from antique to contemporary and recalls the massive and quiet green courtyard of 1920 condominium, is located in the central square of Testaccio, a district full of shops, bars, restaurants, transport an interesting local life to explore.

Maurizio's apartment was the perfect place for our group of six adults during our stay in Rome. The amenities are excellent: comfortable beds, air conditioning, lovely furnishings and lots of nice touches. The building also has an elevator which is quite convenient. It is within walking distance of great places to eat and drink but the street itself is quiet and residential. The hosts are very responsive.

We had a great time in Mauricio's apartment. We felt very safe. It takes 4 keys to enter the apartment. The air conditioning works great! His accommodation is very cozy and in a great place for walking to restaurants and a short taxi ride to the Colosseum/Trevi Fountain/Piazza Spagna and shops. There is also a great bistro bar right next door where we get cappuccinos, sandwiches and croissants every day!

We had a lovely stay at Maurizio's place! The apartment was exactly as clean and tidy as described and located in a very nice area, located close to the many restaurants in Travestere. The apartment is also within walking distance of all the tourist sites in Rome. It was a quiet neighborhood at night when we wanted to sleep and a small balcony perfect for breakfast and late evening snacks.
Smooth and quick responses from Maurizo, who was very helpful and flexible when needed.

Stunning and enchanting apartment in the heart of the cool Testaccio neighbourhood, next to some fantastic restaurants! The spacious and clean apartment had all the amenities, including a huge, comfortable bed, a nice sofa to relax on and fast Wi-Fi with a large dining/dining table if you need to work from home.
The hosts were warm, hospitable, accommodating and recommended some incredible local restaurants that made the stay even more memorable. Their eye for aesthetics was spot on, with some modern and antique furniture and artwork making the place super special.

What a great place to stay. The apartment is located in an ideal location: the heart of Trastevere is a 10-minute walk away.
The apartment itself is wonderful, and is very clean and spacious.
The hosts Roberto and Maurizio are fantastic, they respond very quickly and are very helpful.
