OUR POLICIES
BOOKING POLICY
RESERVATION: The reservation is confirmed only after payment; Payment can be made via PayPal or other forms, in agreement with the owner.
FACILITIES: the accommodation is a holiday home, with kitchen (breakfast is not provided), set up with what is necessary for the stay (towels, linen, kitchen utensils, cleaning products, etc.); The apartment is provided clean and ready for use; cleaning and linen change are done - for a fee - every 7 days, or on request, in agreement with the property
CHECK-IN APPOINTMENT: Check-in time is from 3pm till 9pm, by appointment; Late Check-in (available only upon agreement): from 10pm till 12.00 am extra fee of 40€, to be payed in cash at check-in; after midnight, 80€.
CHECK-OUT: checkout time is 10:00am
DOCUMENTS: we need to receive, before your arrival, passports photo of all guests.
CITY TAX: The Municipality of Rome requires a City Tax of €6 per night per person for a maximum of 10 nights of stay; children under 10 do not pay the City Tax; the payment of the City Tax will be made in cash at check-in. City Tax Fares
OTHER RULES: Due law and insurance limits, can stay in the apartment only booked guests; it is forbidden to introduce new guests without agreement with the host. The apartments are all NO SMOKING. Guest under 28year without parents: need to ask before making a reservation. Sorry, no pets.

CANCELLATION POLICY
DEPOSIT: to confirm the reservation it is necessary to pay a Reservation Deposit of 25% of the total price through PayPal, or other forms, in agreement with the owner.
DEPOSIT REFUND: the Reservation Deposit is refundable only up to 7 days before arrival (15 days in case of montly reservation).
BALANCE: the balance of the payment is to be made at check-in.
